My ohhh My !!


Finally!!

I am now the official WACS Continental Director for Europe North and I would like to thank all the people around me for great support during the last year, I love you guys and thank you for your friendship.

The following four years will be extremely challenging and lot of hard work but also great fun for sure, working with chefs is never boring and I am looking forward to everything.

Education is important in our business and also the right help and setup for the younger chefs and to make them integrated in the WorldChefs circle, we have done a lot in the Nordic countries for the YCC (young chefs club) but now it is time for all the other countries to follow and to find a structure that works for them, I will always be here for advice so just ask.

Many things are on my mind and I am working with full throttle forward and I wish you all out there a fantastic summer.

Prowein day two with great people

The second day at the wine fair was just amazing and I’m really happy to announce that I signed some great producers to Scandinavia and that I have chosen the first four wines that will have the “Special sommelier selection by Dragan Unic ” on the bottle. Sherry Delgado Zuleta

Delgado Zuleta is the oldest family-owned winery in the Jerez-Xèréz-Sherry & Manzanilla district currently maturing and commercialising Manzanilla, Sherry and some still white wine.   The bodega is located in Sanlucar de Barrameda, a small coastal town at the mouth of the Guadalquivir River , facing the Atlantic Ocean and the Doñana Natural Park . Delgado Zuleta was established in 1744 by Mr. Francisco Gil de Ledesma, Knight of the Order of Calatrava and Sanlucar Honorary Mayor and the current name honours Mr. José María Delgado Zuleta, a navy officer and skilful business man that ran the company after marrying a direct descendant of its founder.
